About Me

Hello! My name is Lindsey Flatt, and I am a Business Systems Analyst and Front-End Developer based in Fort Worth, TX, USA. In my current role, I manage contact center systems by running a dialer, designing and refining call routing strategies, integrating CRM platforms, training end users, troubleshooting issues, delivering performance and speech analytics reports, and implementing system enhancements.

While I've enjoyed my role as a Business Systems Analyst, I've occasionally felt limited by my non-technical background, having transitioned into this position from a teaching career. To bridge that gap, I enrolled in the SheCodes Coding Bootcamp in 2024. This rewarding experience significantly enhanced my technical skills and allowed me to tackle more complex projects.
